cancellation policy

appointments are reserved just for you, and as a mobile artist, travel and prep time is carefully planned in advance.

to keep everything running smoothly:

• cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment
• appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total
• no-show door answers will also be charged in full

if you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. appointments delayed beyond 15 minutes may need to be shortened or rescheduled
