cancellation policy

appointments are reserved just for you, and as a mobile artist, travel and prep time is carefully planned in advance.

to keep everything running smoothly:

• any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to allow the space to be filled and given the same prep time to the client.
• appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total
• no-show door answers will also be charged in full

if you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. appointments delayed beyond 15 minutes may need to be shortened or rescheduled
